12 Sept 2026Our Norwood store has recently celebrated its seventh birthday! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? We found these photos of the original green branding back in 2019. Whilst our signage might have changed, some things don't: we remain committed to offering the best preloved shopping experience we can, so we can keep fundraising for Lutheran Care and supporting vulnerable South Australians. Thanks to the staff, volunteers, customers, donors of goods and our neighbours on The Parade, Norwood for your support. We are looking forward to the next seven! 📍 43-45 The Parade.

2 Jan 2025Check out Elcies Thrift Store Norwood in Norwood
Read morethis shouldn’t be marketed as a thrift. for the price of one item you could easily get five from the other op shops on the parade, however, they do have a good selection of high quality items (particularly mid and plus size) that are actually quite fashionable. i feel like the store would be better described as a secondhand store rather than an op shop. when i’ve visited the staff have always been warm and welcoming. overall a solid place if you’re looking for something nice without having to sift through endless racks of fast fashion if you don’t mind paying a bit extra :)
Elcies Norwood is intentionally closer to a boutique second-hand store than a traditional bargain op shop. Its colour-arranged rails focus on handpicked, higher-end and fashionable pieces, with recent visitors noting strong mid- and plus-size options and an attractive presentation. The trade-off is price: current feedback consistently describes this branch as expensive compared with nearby op shops. All proceeds still support Lutheran Care programs for South Australians facing crisis, hardship, homelessness and disadvantage.
Charity and community op shops listed within 5 km of this shop, with the closest first.
