I love thrift shopping, but find recent trends disturbing. Vinnies Tuggeranong, in particular, has high prices. The word 'vintage', applied willy-nilly, and often to ordinary items, usually results in a price I would never pay. And don't get me started on the colour coding of bric-a-brac. This is a disease that Vinnies has spread to the Salvos...
So much for being a charity to help less fortunate. I found mens wear the same price as brand new. May as well go to kmart or target. Shameful greed Vinnies
Best thrift store I’ve EVER been to⭐️ Very well-arranged and spaced out thrift store with sooo many well-priced items that you feel like trying out EVERYTHING (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy shopping at all for clothes otherwise, so this really means A LOT xD) We were here till almost their closing time and they let us shop and purchase our clothes with ease. The cashier was an extremely sweet gentleman who I got to have a lovely little chat with. 100% MUST visit thrift store in Canberra!
