This op shop is great and offers so much, however one of the staff members by the name of Richard is incredibly rude. There was an item I loved that was on hold for another customer and I asked the very kind women working if she’d be able to ring me if the item wasn’t picked up, which she did at the end of the day and subsequently put it on hold for me to end of the following day. I came that day to pick up my item and was served by Richard who made it a point to rudely comment that they shouldn’t have held the item for me and that it was my responsibility to pick it up earlier, after explaining the situation he doubled down and cut me off many times. Another customer as I was walking out commented that I handled myself very well and that Richard was incredibly rude. Prior to that I observed as he declined to help two young girls see an item behind him, stating very abruptly and rudely that he was “doing something right now”. Unfortunately this interaction was very unpleasant and uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this store. The female stuff member I spoke with the day prior was lovely.
One of the best op shops in Canberra! There is really no time I haven’t gone here and loved finding amazing products whether it be clothes, kitchenware, books, movies, shoes, bags! Also great prices!
Like Vinnes it’s a great place to come and meet same people most of the time love coming in at times love say hello to the Community and I have local since fist Started here in Coleman court love see people having a laugh 👗👗👗👕👕🩲🩲🩲love buying clothes that I can wear Vinnes fantastic place to come and shop better and buy new clothes I love meeting the community most of the time I’ve been here and Hilda Street
It's quite a large vinnies store. I love that everything is organised a bit more into sections so it makes everything easier to find. Quick tip, they have a ramp access on one side and then the main entrance you access from the carpark.
Picked up a good bargain. Was $20 but with blue concession card got 30% off was happy if hadn't as when saw it was buying it anyway. Not sure if just on Thursday's or is everyday discount!
