Have had nothing but positive experiences here. Appears constant change in management has impacted staff along with just not enough hands however always happy to shop & donate here. Have never had or seen a negative experience and have in fact been served by Ashley both here, Woden and Gunghalin without issue. Find both her and the other permanent staff to be supportive & knowledgeable. I note a lot of the feedback from recent refers to the manager from years ago however only just added and yes, the store is better without a cranky old woman looking down their nose at people shopping or donating. Unfortunately Woden will have that as a long standing issue and I have seen the manager there argue over accepting donations. Terrible for Salvos and the wonderful things they do. Regardless I hope Tuggeranong can continue its wonderful work and provide goods to the community as the price point it has maintained for years. Lovely to see a balance of amazing vintage finds and great basics not marked ridiculously high (looking at you Woden & Fyshwick with $12 kmart dresses).

Front desk person saw us, walked away, returned not a short time later and only told us our total price. Never experienced this before here. Overall a great experience. Prices are very reasonable. Shop is clean, clothing is great. Will happily return.
