love visiting this whenever i get the chance. staff there are all helpful and attentive, and you can really tell when they’re trying their best even during busy hours. specifically, i love being greeted by one of the young lady’s with mid length brown hair and glasses at the registers and self-serve, she’s super chatty and very helpful. not sure what that other reviewer was talking about, her assistance is incredibly nice. there’s this blonde large lady there i don’t quite feel fond of when i visit though.

I love coming here for some great finds. However, the girl working the self check out area today 8/6/26 at around 1:30pm-1:45pm with the dark brown hair and glasses was totally rude. I went to say thank you and she gave me a glaring attitude stare along with my mother. She also had a stupid graphic t shirt on. Put her in the back maybe? Otherwise fantastic selection of items.

Edit last 2 photos : I just feel somewhat unfair for recent pricing here. I get the cost of living is getting higher but this is still an opportunity shop. The ripped pink noodle they priced $2.99 which we can purchase brand new at Bunnings for $2, Glen Eira soccer club shirt priced $6.99 is probably at least 5 years old that they don't wear it anymore. It is insane how they price them. But it is a good OP shop. All my mainly kids clothing are donated here. Since they give me a discount ticket per donation I walk through the shop which normally happen in the moning. Quite tidy over all. Staffs are not extremely friendly or kind but not rude either in my opinion. No one actually ever said "hi how are you???" Etc.... Which I dont need really 🤣 but just saying. Just one thing I want to say is that whoever pricing at the back end better see the condition of clothing rather than the brand and price them. Ok, this is Country Road, but look at the condition of the cloth. Hard to see them through the photos I've attached but Stains all over, tooth paste looking drip around chest area, oil splashed, etc. This is the one of examples. They shouldn't be charging $13.79 for this IMO. Pricing of some clothing definitely need attention and also something like this water bottle which all Victorian kids get them for free from dentist visit shouldn't be more than $1. Exactly the same product 2 different prices too! Largely different in price 😒 Hair dryers and hair Irons, as a second hand, WAY TO EXPENSIVE. It might be a Kamrt or BigW brand but we can buy a brand new one with the same amount or less and warranty come with it!!!

Variety of Pre-loved items. Prices varies with quality of items. Much more varieties compered to other Savers i have been and always full of stock. Especially good T-shirt with reasonable prices. Savers is a place for me to get my basketball vests. So if you are not using your basketball vest please donate it to Savers for me.😁

I recently visited Savers at the Moorabbin Super Centre on Warrigal Road to drop off some items and browse their selection, and overall had a positive experience. The store was well organised — lots of interesting preloved finds. One of the things that appealed to me is their partnership with Diabetes Victoria. Savers accepts donations on behalf of Diabetes Victoria. As a bonus, making a donation entitles you to a 20% discount voucher (valid on a purchase up to $100) when you shop there — a nice incentive that encourages giving back. I’d recommend Savers Moorabbin as a place to recycle clothes and household goods — you get to support a good cause (Diabetes Victoria) while potentially scoring a discount on something useful.
