Its large, department store-style layout offers a wide selection of quality second-hand items, giving shoppers more choice . The self-checkout is another welcome feature, making the shopping experience much more convenient and also reducing waiting time at check out. I also appreciate the store's focus on sustainability by receiving donations from the local community, creates value for shoppers while helping reduce waste, a win win strategy.

I'm a regular here, and having been to the Carrum Downs, Moorabbin, and Ringwood stores too, can say Fountain Gate and Moorabbin have been the most consistent with purchases. Yes some things are priced too high but I've found some great things at both. Lots of variety with the clothing - obviously there's a lot of fast fashion but there's also vintage and good quality items mixed within if you have the patience. Would be good if more fitting rooms can be added otherwise you can stand around for 15 minutes or longer waiting.

I visit here often, but after a while I’ve noticed that the prices have just gotten crazy, to the point where I’m not sure if it’s even worth shopping here anymore. They get all their stock used and for free, and they still upsell things from Kmart. The pop figure is $15 mint condition from eBay. The purple dress was originally $10, the white shirt is from Kmart and the picture frame is only an extra $2 brand new. I understand they need to pay staff, but it’s honestly insane watching them having to close donations due to too much stock. No wonder the can’t sell it all 😅
