Quite a large shop though it doesn’t look like it from the outside. Staff were friendly and found the shop to be pram friendly. Lots of clothes, books and a good selection of activewear too. The baby section was a bit disappointing with clothes just in a plastic tub on the floor to rummage through. Enjoyed the hunt and will visit again in the future.

I love thrifting here. It’s affordable and you often find some really cool items! They have a large selection of sizes too. Not only that often things are on sale which is even better.

I have been shopping here for a few months now and have always had a lovely experience and found the staff to be very pleasant to talk to, however today I was served by an older lady with short purple hair and glasses. I brought back a pair of shoes that were in two different sizes. I told her these were $6 but I only paid $3. She asked me why they were $3 I told her it was half price shoes yesterday she said, “no I don’t think it was”, in a very accusatory tone. I smilingly said yes it was and she again said no it wasn’t.i went to find something to make the exchange and I felt rather hurt being accused of lying! Honestly what would I have to gain from getting $3 back from a $6 pair of shoes? I would have had a look around and bought a few things but I honestly just felt upset and uncomfortable so I only grabbed a couple of things and made my way to the counter. I decided I would let her know as I made my purchase that it was very rude to accuse me of lying and I hope she talks to the rest of the staff and finds out that it was. I wasn’t rude just in a flat tone. Again she said she “no they weren’t ,”very accusingly, and she said she wasn’t there yesterday. So I asked her why would you accuse someone of lying if you didn’t know? - her response was “well I wasn’t here yesterday so I wouldn’t know”. Honestly! So I asked again well why would you accuse someone of lying? I told her she was very rude and instead of owning her actions and apologising she said “yes you are!” Just appalling customer service from this one lady who doesn’t seem to reflect the lovely caring environment and mission this charity provides. The whole exchange has left me a little shaken as I don’t like confrontation but I felt this lady needed to know you can’t treat people like that. I just want to reiterate everyone else has been amazing and have created a good positive atmosphere!

A rather deceiving size of a shop. From the outside, it appears to be just a normal shop size. Once inside, it extends through to the back and more. It houses ALOT of womens clothing Large range of other stock such as homewares, glassware, manchester etc. The pricing is hit & miss, but mainly on the higher side, although this is normal pricing for lifeline
