went out back to have a look since my partner and i have been allowed in there multiple times with no problems and the lady who was there today with short blonde hair and glasses turned around and asked me impolite what i was doing so i told her i was having a look at the clothes and she said you’re not allowed back here in a rude tone so i proceeded to apologise politely and she continued to harass me while i was leaving the back area and there was no signage saying no entry and from previous trips of being there and allowed out back by myself i didn’t think much of it. terrible customer service by her, very disrespectful and impolite when she’s talking to customers. people like that shouldn’t be working full stop let alone at an OP SHOP.

Good range, some great brands, the price is a little on the top end of peoples budget.

Excellent customer service and a good range of clothing

The range is great, as are the prices, and on Thursdays the prices also come down a further 25% for concession holders. Very reasonable for pensioners especially. It's such a lovely crew of people staffing this Vinnies too. The women offered to search the back for a specific sort of item and while I was there, I witnessed them being so kind and charitable to a more disadvantaged individual sourcing things for their kids. This is definitely my new go-to op shop and I'll be bringing mum next time!

This is my most favourite place for reasons being :- most friendliest staff, reasonable prices, clean store and items. I can never drive past without having a browse and being greeted and treated with a smile. Thank you Helen (store manager I think she is) for my comfort in shopping 💖
