Been coming to this store for years and before it moved into the larger premises , over the years as well as donating I have made a point to buy to give back to the charity itself however I have to say dropping donations that involve a staff interaction is an unpleasant experience , no smile and talked to like it's a chore that you have brought donations , and I have donated many brand new items in the past that I know they can sell at a reasonable price , after the last two experiences of dropping items off Il go to lifeline near the hyperdome next time they allow you to park and drop off at the back of the store and all the staff are lovely and smiling and pleasant . Here the last two times I've parked up and juggled with multiple bags of donations I've been treated like an inconvenience

$16 for second hand puzzles. No guarentee you will get the whole thing. Some prices are not in touch with reality. Expensive store. They had a company's uniform t-shirt with attempted arc reactor picture on front and with vitamin company advertising all over the back of it for $20. Way more then I am willing to pay to look like I work somewhere and to advertise their company for them. Other men's shirts were priced similar. And have been there for ages. They also had a pair of shoes I've seen brand new for $50 selling very worn in here for $45 Also dvd series here are a little over priced as well compared to other op shops around. I think they need to remember that they are getting this stuff for free and also that they are selling to people who might need to find some cheaper clothing. This one seems to be run a little to profit driven. Most of the volunteers seemed nice but one did make me feel like they think the customers are beneath them

Larger store, means more products. There is alot of inconsistent pricing in this store. Most of it too high. They have alot of stock especially women's wear. They have tried to seperate clothing into sizes although there seemed to be alot of sizes still in the wrong places. They have a good range of stock in variety to choose from. They are in a smaller shopping centre with 2 other op shops in walking distance
