Great furniture shop and nice owners. I was looking for a nice quality wooden chest of drawers and in the shop there were multiple options that were in good condition and what I wanted. They had multiple styles of them that were made of different types of wood like rimu and pine. And they were very helpful and kind and offered to measure it for me, let me take pictures, even agreed to deliver it for me and since I was a student they even gave me a discount. They are flexible and if you can’t go there during their opening hours and you see something you like , you can give them a ring and they will come and open the shop for you.
I live in rural Taranaki and thought that re homing some furniture would prove difficult and time consuming. After driving out to view the items, - Robert and Kirstin agreed to take several pieces back to their shop to display them and sell them on my behalf .... this was a success and proved hugely helpful , saving so much time. Robert kept me informed with regard to levels of interest from passersby and the proceeds paid directly to my account. Great service Thanks to Second Wind

Incredible second hand shop, a vintage dream. Furniture and everything sold is the best of the best at affordable prices. Was looking for a specific dresser and bedside tables for months, walked in and it was there, better than I could’ve imagined! Staff are welcoming, accommodating, and an amazing couple of people you can have a good laugh with. Highly recommend for anyone with good taste! 😂
This second hand store is big, tidy and full of different things from knickknacks to some really good quality furniture that can set your home up. Great service from Robert and Kirsten with each visit too! Thanks team 🙂
