Favorite op shop to go to when I am out and about, lovely staff and majority of the clothes are great quality and well priced!
I did get a good find the other day. However most of the time i find the salves op shops to be way overpriced. It is really disappointing
All staff really lovely and helpful. I needed to exchange something and it was no problem at all. Love going to this shop and pop in whenever I can 😊👍
I don't normally shop at Salvos as most of their stores are stocked with clothes that are overpriced and just so so. Tecoma Salvos is more appealing with stock that is generally better quality, especially the clothing. Prices are still quite high but they are a bit more aligned with the quality of the items. The shop is well styled and the range of kitchen ware is one of the best I've seen in any op shop. In keeping with other Salvos stores, there are some good (colour tag) markdowns, and their loyalty card gives a small but helpful discount on purchases. One issue I recently encountered (in this store) was a volunteer who struggled to work out the correct change. It got sorted out ok but it was a bit stressful and I hope not to have that happen again.
The store is great, but my review is more based on the staff member who was working on Saturday 13/01. Happy Jan is just amazing, we had a really good chat wit her. She is so friendly and lovely 10/10 customer service!
