To be fair, the selection outside the locked glass cabinet was quite diverse, lots of styles that would match outfits nicely, and the pricing was reasonable. However, I personally already own quite a bit of jewellery, so nothing really stood out as something I needed. What made me uncomfortable was the service. While I understand the need to be cautious, the lady stayed very close to me the entire time while I was browsing, watching me closely. It felt like I was being treated with suspicion. I can appreciate her diligence, but it created an uneasy atmosphere. I’ve visited similar stores in Brisbane and other towns and haven’t experienced this level of scrutiny — in fact, staff elsewhere are often more welcoming and willing to assist by showing items.

When I was looking through the dresses one of the ladies who was behind the counter was running down just about every customer who was in the shop very loudly and nasty. This needs to be addressed apart from that the shop was clean and nicely laid out. The rest of the Serving staff seemed nice though just that one lady was nasty she needs to be told it's not ok.

I love how well the clothing upstairs is set out. So easy to browse. Most of the staff are fine. One lady is brusque and would do well to remember that they need to welcome customers, so that the things get sold.

Massive floor space that as a general rule is very nicely set out and has a great feel to it. Well lit and has decent space between sections. My one real complaint is that all sizing is lumped together, with plus sizes separate to 14-16 & below, so you need to give yourself time to go through everything. They have literally everything with ladieswear being the biggest stock, plenty of shoes & accessories. It's a really lovely space, well set out and worth a visit, just give yourself plenty of time . Parking onsite which is great
