Experiencing homelessness was overwhelming and emotionally exhausting, and there were times when I felt completely lost and uncertain about my future. Your guidance, patience, and unwavering belief in me gave me  and my family strength when I needed it most. You treated me with dignity and respect, and that meant more than words can truly express. You didn’t just help me complete forms or attend appointments — you stood beside me, encouraged me, and reminded me that I deserved stability and a safe place to call home. Being approved for housing is a life-changing milestone for me and my children , and I know I would not have reached this point without your dedication and advocacy. You guys need to rename your motto from 'Helping the Poor and the Needy' to 'Padding our pockets like the Fat and the Greedy' Cant believe the prices that you guys are condoning as reasonable, especially in a high inflation market. Your goods are GIVEN to you for FREE. its only reasonable that you sell them at a price that is NOT SIMILAR to Retail. Totally Insane that your pricing is close to comparable to a sale price in a retail shop. Clothing has gone from an average of $6-8 to an average of $15 in stores, some even as high as $30-50 (with the reasoning being that its a 'brand')... are you serious? Have your volunteers done an Art/History Major or some sort of qualification that enables them to cost items at this price? Are you sure that you still run a 'Not for Profit'? CHECK Yourself!
