Have some great stock and the staff working the desk are lovely. Manager is very rude though. I would have been willing to spend more money, but I had brought to the managers attention that an item they were selling was significantly stained and she wouldn’t even look at the item before abruptly saying “sold as is, sold as is”. I understand you are a charity, but op shops are also complaining about not being able to turn over stock - maybe it’s worth pricing things more fairly if it’s not in good nick, that’s kind of the bare minimum. You won’t have to close your doors just because you discounted a top by a few dollars

This would have to be the best Vinnies I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The amount of stock they have is unbelievable — truly amazing. They have absolutely everything! Why buy brand new when you can save money and give new life to something pre-loved? If you’re after kitchenware, this is definitely the place to go. They have everything from blenders to pots and pans, beautiful crystal pieces, and stunning tea sets. The merchandising is spot-on, and every staff member I came across was so friendly. I absolutely loved my experience here.

The good : staff were nice Good variety of stock. Mainly women's clothing. Men & kids catered for as well. Quite a good collection of books available. Some homewares/ kitchenware and accessories like handbags, belts, hats, etc. The bad: clothing is not sorted by size in any way. With the amount of racks they have, you'd think they could at least sort one rack of colour to another, but no, it's lots of stuff just everywhere When I turned up, there was stuff abandoned at the front door. It's obviously been dumped, but it sat there the whole time I was in the shop, over 30 mins. If I thought pricing in Brisbane was bad, this would have set the standard, 80% of the dresses I looked at priced $18 or over. Tbh honest, I feel like it's highway robbery. And if they are pricing them, themselves they need to check what they are doing. I never even saw a markdown rack. Another disappointing Vinnies, unless you are happy to pay over inflated prices

Nice little op shop with just about everything. Loads of women's clothes. Racks of men's clothes Some children's clothes A shelf full of DVDs. A small collection of records About six bookshelves of books. Not organised in any way sadly. Four bookshelves of fiction (with a bit of non fiction mixed in) Prices are two to seven dollars. Lots of kitchen/dining bits and pieces too.
