Very neat and well laid out store
Spacious but sparse Salvos here. Mens clothing variety and accessories is particularly poor. Great size, lots of other categories but not a great range of toys and a lot of junk homewares stuff from $2 shops. Staff routinely check eBay which impacts pricing, especially obvious when I enquired about an item which had no price and the staff member at the counter then whipped out her phone to search up the item. A little jarring.
Staff are lovely but everytime I go in there they have the most garish music on like the Glee album or some other highly dramatic cocophany of noise with bad speakers.
Staff need to learn how to price items better, do you really think a second hand Bally Anko Kmart top is worth $6 or $7 when it’s less then that brand new from Kmart? Prices are ridiculous for men’s clothing. The mens pricing is so over priced it’s just poorly priced because the staff don’t know how to price things. And they are paid staff in there doing pricing, they should know what they are doing. I mean it’s a nice large shop with a bit of stuff in it but they need to know prices and brands.
