An excellent experience from walking into the store, browsing, selecting our recliners to the excellent customer service from Tanya B. The recliners arrived in the time period as detailed at time of purchase with updates during that period. Blake and his offsides who delivered our recliners arrived on time and had them installed, powered up and tested in under 10 minutes. No rubbish, no mucking around, just in out amd new furniture in their wake! Hadn’t been to Thriftway before but will definitely be back.
Yet again I had the most amazing sales lady (Tanya)on this mystic Sunday the 3rd of may 2026, and let me tell you, this day will go down as one of the greatest in my books, honestly at this point I go to Thriftway furniture just for the kindness, and genuine atmosphere that she provides. So thankful for the knowledge she brings to my shopping adventures to help me make calculated, logical decisions. Just started paying off a spectacular mattress and bed frame from thriftway, they DO NOT disappoint, check them out. Forever thankful for your Tanya, you’re like finding a diamond in a stack of rocks in this world
Absolutely delighted with my new messmate buffet and entertainment unit, custom built by Thriftway Furniture. Troy and his team were amazing to deal with, they were so helpful and friendly. They estimated that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the furniture to be built and they were spot on with their timing. Quality furniture at a reasonable price. I also purchased a lovely queen size bed & mattress. Delivery was prompt and easy and Blake & Zac even assembled the bed for me.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new furniture from Thriftway Furniture. The quality of the Tasmanian Oak dining set and matching living room pieces is incredible. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Tanya was genuinely helpful and made the entire selection process a breeze. What truly set them apart however was the delivery team. They managed to navigate all of these heavy solid-wood items upstairs with total precision and care. They were professional, polite and handled everything perfectly. If you want premium quality paired with a team that goes the extra mile then Thriftway is the place to go!
The store has a lot to offer especially with the Bailey chase L shape sofa we purchased . The staff is approachable and got what we need smoothly .I am also amazed with the delivery service with them . Thanks to Blake for a fantastic delivery. The best sofa I’ve ever purchased and in a good price .
