Harbour Hospice Shop Milford

Always something interesting and special to find in this little gem of a shop!! Staff are above average always a warm friendly smile and time for a chat I love visiting when I am in Auckland Thank you Staff Keep up the great work!!!

I visited the hospice shop with my son, there was quite a few other people in the shop and it was just after 4 which was closing time, whilst I had something in my hand a lady came up and said we had to leave as the shop was closed and was meant to close at 4, so I put what I was going to purchase back and left. For a charity that means a lot to me I was disappointed to be spoken to like that and makes me not want to support them now.

I saw a lamp in the doorway while driving past today, so rang the shop much further down the road, the lovely lady I spoke to was so lovely and extremely helpful, what a pleasure it was. I did get back into the shop to view the lamp, was a bit more of a project than I thought ,but I did get to meet the lady I had spoken to on the phone, what a great person for that shop, so helpful in every way, many thanks

Decent hospice shop, though I tend to shop for clothes I much prefer the stock of furniture here. Some items, I noticed, were on par with it's original price. For the most part though everythings pretty well priced and nifty

Well located Hospice shop in the Milford shopping centre. These shops retail second hand goods. The idea is to provide people who don't have much the opportunity to purchase preloved clothing and household items. The items in the shop are well displayed and there is a good range. But.. When second hand items have a price list for more than the item would be able to be purchased new there is a problem..😱 I noticed that when browsing the shop there were items overpriced 😱 It's unfortunate that this has happened.. The directors seem to have lost the big picture of providing a service for the needy and raising money.. Or have I got it wrong 🤔🤔
