Vinnies Girrawheen Shop

Decent prices , nice clean. Uncluttered store . Staff could use a biy of customer service training but other than that a good shop

Had a beautiful experience at this op shop, special mention to Corrine and Adriana who were so kind to me. Store is well organised and presented, left with a few things.

I use to love this vinnies when it was on the outside of the shops and had the sweetest old lady's running the shops. Then they moved inside in the shopping center and hot re owned and the people that renown it are straight out rude you hear them talking stuff about customers while they are in there looking at things and they think they are better than everyone I use to hand In heaps of bags of clothes to that vinnies and now I won't donate anything because I strongly don't like their attitudes or the way they made me feel while I was trying to shop. I'm not the only one that feels that way I asked my friends what they thought and they agreed with me.

All other staffs including the store manager are lovely. I am a regular and spend quite a bit there, will stop coming from today onwards. For me the staff named "M", always been rude and very unwelcoming. I said hello but looked me down every single time, not even a smile, but yet greeted the costumer behind me cheerfully and with a smile. Also today making it very obvious watching my every move as I was looking at the shoes, I mean watching me right from behind. I kind of feel a bit offended, got the two yoga pants to the counter and kindly asked if she's ok then proceed to offer and showed her what inside my bag. Sorry "M" whatever your prejudice is, my arm tattoo is cost many times more than those shoes on the rack 🙄

Not the friendliest staff that’s for sure. I am moving interstate and wanted to donate but the person there started to assume what I was planning to bring and recited a list of things they don’t accept , before I even had a chance to speak. My clothes are all bought in Europe but probably not good enough for them … The shop is packed so it’s hard to browse anyway … I donated to other charities who can display better and sell better . If I am to donate high quality items Vinnies Wangara is my first choice…
