I’ve visited this store a few times recently on a Saturday and have to commend the front staff on their excellent customer service. I’m always greeted with a warm bubbly hello from the lady behind the counter and she always acknowledges each shopper inline when I’m waiting to pay.  Theres always lots to browse through, great selection of DVD’s, books, clothing and  furniture. You really need a couple of hours to look through everything. Would recommend visiting the store if you’re looking for some great bargains and Good genuine customer service.

This is a nice, large Lifeline Op Shop with plenty of stock and a good layout. However, I'm only giving it two stars because the pricing is far too high for a second-hand store. Many items seem to be priced at or near retail value, or based on what sellers are asking on eBay. At those prices, there's very little reason to shop here when you can often find the same items online for less. Tools, books, DVDs, and many household items are frequently cheaper elsewhere. The clothing section is probably the exception, as there are sometimes decent deals to be found there. If you're shopping for clothes, it may be worth a visit. For most other categories, though, you're likely better off looking online if you're hoping to find genuine bargains.

I love a full and bit messy op shop, I do and I go here often. But usually they're good because they're cheap. This place is not only getting more and more new crap (and I say crap bc no one wants it) but the prices are getting way too high. $4.50 for a baby onesie? $6 for a glass bowl with spout? A nice cookie jar $25?? Standard IKEA glass pantry jars which are $5 new are here for $3.50. Most op shops are doing baby clothes for $1-$2. I didn't even look through any of it even though I need to get some for a friend because it's way too expensive.

Visited here recently and i’m so happy I did! This place is a hidden gem. I took my time browsing and found some fabulous bargains. Not only that but I have to commend the staff at this store. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you SO much. I’ll be back and i’ll recommend Lifeline Acacia Ridge to friends 😃

I have been to this store numerous times and have never had a problem. I have shopped as well as donated and find the staff kind and helpful. I realise that they aren't always able to accept every donation that comes in and this was clearly explained to me by the lady that does the donations. Yes it is a charity shop but unfortunately they can't always accept donations, which is not their fault and shouldn't be used as a negative opinion in regards to this store. As for shopping in store, it is always clean and organised and they have a wide range of items. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Overall this is a great store considering it's size, with amazing staff and every visit is a pleasure.
