Great selection and good prices, definitely one of the better Lifelines i’ve been to, will be back! Lovely emo cashier was super nice and cool music too ☺️

Extremely rude staff. I had washed, ironed and presented good quality donations. Walked them into the shop to donate properly- and was told it was too hard to take donation today. Come back tomorrow. Very lazy, rude staff. There are plenty of other charities who will be more appreciative.

it's a small op shop but I still got a few great finds. I like everything is sorted into styles and size. staff were friendly too.

Be careful with this organisation as a whole . They claim they are here to help those who are suicidal , yet the very people working in the stores and head office are the ones who drove you to these thoughts. They hide behind their lies and deceit and only helpful when they can take your money to meet their monthly budgets . Ask the workers who have quit or been sacked bcoz of lies and innuendos . Most staff are great but there are many who should be working in on their hidden agendas, you make a complaint and they all turn against each other . I have seen it many times I'm not sure if all the stores have these issues but I would be very interested to see how many of them have contributed to anxiety or depression of workers. I have written to them only to be given the same standard garbage.. Thankyou for your effort in bringing out your complaint we will contact the store and speak to them but surprise surprise no reply it has been nearly 2 years . I still have not decided if I will make it public either on some current affairs or legal actions.. I have the proof but was dismissed as an unhappy low life who was trying to cause problems for the so called charity
