Great range at fair prices. I only wish it were bigger, but you can't have everything. I always try to leave with something if I can help it. Super great for magazines for collage and craft books, if thats your thing! All goes towards a good cause too, which I really like. Super great place if you wanna get lunch and have a peruse after. Love it!
I found an interesting older book priced at $22 at the bookshop but when I checked online an identical copy was available from a book dealer for $7.40. I was disappointed that Lifeline was not prepared to adjust the overpriced item, given that it would have been freely donated.
Great prices! Unfortunately it was extremely difficult to find what I was looking for since most of the shelves weren't alphabetize and there were a few sections that were incorrectly labelled, the SciFi section was actually filled with fantasy books :(
The name says it all. Decent size bookshop run by Lifeline. Hidden in Fyshwick Food Market. Great choice of well priced books especially fantasy/s-fi, romance, Australiana, kids. Most of the books priced around 5$. Super friendly service.
I really like this great little bookstore in Fyshwick fresh food market - so many books, DVDs, puzzles, games! Most importantly all funds raised goes to local crisis support service. Highly recommend! 📚📖📒📓
