Recently visited this store for the first time, I was seriously impressed. The homewares and glassware were well priced. Awesome range of second hand books, like a library! even for kids. Unfortunately a small section of kids and baby clothes but still some good finds. Ladies at the counter were so lovely and welcoming as well.
Friendly staff. Lots of books. Good selection of clothing and household items. Reasonably priced.
The prices are so so low and the workers are so kind. There's an abundance of books, movies, clothes, shoes, fabrics, glassware, you name it, they've got it. Most books are 1-5 dollars, most DVDs are the same, and they've got everything from basic t-shirts to children's costumes. The workers are so kind. Definitely worth visiting!
Great shop, but overpriced. Ordinary kitchen towels were labelled $10 each, and then kindly reduced to $5 each. Woollies sells them for $4 each. Reduce your prices by at least 50%, and you will attract a significantly larger number of visitors over time. However, a big shout-out to the volunteers. They are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I specifically went in to see if they had any novels and I was not disappointed! They had a range that rivaled the town library. Prices are much better than the second hand book shop too and most of the books are also in better condition. I was lucky enough to purchase 31 books for only $82! Most looked brand new. Lifeline also has a huge floor space and easy layout that makes moving around a breeze. Plenty of clothing and accessories are on display as well as kitchenware items, DVDs and records, luggage and so much more. Definitely worth taking a look at what’s on offer 😉 The ladies working in the store were also very friendly and welcoming
