The day we went here it wasn't very busy, but the single staff member on shift was super friendly and accommodating. The clothes were pretty average and didn't have a huge variety of interesting/statement pieces, but there was a large amount of stuff to sort through. Reading other reviews, I can agree that the racks were stuffed really tight and sorting through them became tiring after a couple minutes.

Shopping at U-Turn in Rozelle has always been a treat. As a mum with two young kids, shopping trips can often feel overwhelming, but this place is the complete opposite—it’s like a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. Their kindness, patience, and understanding were unmatched. They didn’t just accommodate me—they made my child feel truly seen and comfortable. He absolutely loves going to this store. You know a place is special when your child asks to visit a shop that isn’t even a toy store! The two lovely ladies working on Tuesday were particularly heartwarming. Their warmth and genuine care turned a regular shopping trip into something so memorable. It’s rare to find a store where you feel genuinely cared for as a customer, and this one delivered that and so much more. I left with more than just great finds—I left with a smile and a peaceful heart. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s an absolute haven for mums like me!
