They sold us a sick, infected, dying animal that was NOT ready to be adopted. We paid 180 dollars for a 2 year old tabby. He was neutered 3 days prior and was on display with no cone. They never supplied us with a cone at all. Upon coming home the cat was very friendly we thought this was the perfect pet for us. He’s potty trained, comes when called, soft and fluffy, doesn’t bite. Then hours later we notice that he was licking his wound (where they fixed him) was severely infected and swollen and he had a urinary tract infection. He kept us up all night for three days straight ruining all of our belongings. We take him to the vet and they attempted 3-4 times to get us to pay for an outrageous vet bill for an issue that THEY CAUSED!!! These animals are neglected and sick. Do not go here if you want a forever pet or for veterinary assistance. The staff have no idea what is going on with the pets. The staff have literally no idea what is going on. Our cat came home from the vet and despite giving him some sedatives to calm him down and help with the anxiety and infection and humping and spraying. We woke up the next morning and now he has completely ruined the floorboards with urine. Me and my partner are very good with animals. We are patient and loving and calm. The veterinary clinic next door has poor service and they will try to scam you to make you pay for injuries and illness that they caused. This place is not for animals.
