$12 and $15 for a Doona Cover?! This place has some fantastic resources for those who need it and lovely volunteer staff, but it’s a shame that its op shop prices are no longer accessible for those in need of affordable homewares.

I would like to know why the Oz Harvest food given for free is so expensive on the shelves? These food items on display can be bought for far less in the major supermarkets at full price. I just shake my head this food is given for the relief of those people who are genuinely struggling. Also clothing items can cost a small fortune that people who are struggling definitely cannot afford. I have been donating money and I won't be donating here anymore. Also to mention the bulk of workers are volunteers. In Summer the warehouse is stinking hot and in Winter freezing. The volunteers are not considered. They are very loyal workers and deserve better! Better to give it to OZ Harvest who ask for nothing while this organisation is capitalising on the good will of this company and not helping people in need of putting food on their tables.

Hi to those interested in supporting a wonderful Charity Organisation. Just one area. The Sewing Area I took some clothing into the Sewing area, saw Margaret the professional Sewing lady volunteering at Survivors R US and took great care of the alterations & remodelling of 2 tops, hemmed up a pair of dress pants. Restitched 2 other clothing items. Wow so very happy Margaret. You and your Sewing team are awesome. A big thank you. Cost was just $30.00.
