Stayed there last week as a carer for a lady aged 91 as we don’t live in Cairns. The staff were fantastic over the phone before arrival and in person on our overnight stay. The room as well as the whole complex was immaculately clean. Also felt very safe. Would recommend highly to anyone needing to stay here. Thank you staff.

If you should be as close as possible to the Cairns hospital as this is a place of choice to stay. Very clean facilities with small fridge and tv, comfortable bed, hot shower and free wifi. Professionally and perfectly trained staff working there are very polite and knowledge people making you feel special and welcomed having your answered and problems solved. Plus, this place is extremely secure and very quiet location free of adventure-seeking strangers, therefore, good night sleep is dwelling in Red Cross accommodation. Good location with nice cafe just 40 steps from this place and coffee hub 5 steps away from the front door. You can go for the beach walk not driving a car or calling taxi. As for me, definitely, I will stay there again next time.
