My favourite op shop until I bought a pair of sandals and the strap just ripped after wearing them for two hours. I went back to the shop, and the lady there said they don't refund shoes. Didn't mention replacement. They were very helpful before for my outfit for an '80s theme Christmas party. I basically bought everything from there and I had a great time!

Love that I can take my dog here. And it's a great shop. Got a bit of everything... kid's toys, dishes, furniture, pet supplies, games, crafting supplies, books, and clothes (men's clothes upstairs and kids clothes in the back room). And, unlike several of the op shops in Cairns, all usually for pretty decent prices.

I arrived at 11.45am on a Saturday. It was panic stations with the ladies yelling, we close in 10 mins. 5 mins later a gentleman announced the same thing. At 11.51am (after I cheerfully said it was my first time there) a lady at the register advised me as a reminder they close at midday on Saturdays. I nicely told her there was still 9 mins. I was met with a grimace & side eyes from another lady. The front door was already closed. It was such an unwelcoming experience! Such a shame as I deliberately raced there after other chores as I'd prefer to support helpless animals! I appreciate they are volunteers, but if by the end of the morning you can't be cheerful or handle closing time, you've forgotten why you're there. Very disappointing. Hopefully, it was just a once off bad morning. Extra star because there was good variety.
