100% best op shop vinnies store. Staff, management, clothes, everything top notch.
I do love the Merimbula vinnies and come every year. This time I was interested in an outfit from the mannequin (I had checked the sizes and everything first) but I was told I couldn't try/buy it because it was too hard to take off the mannequin and had to wait 8 weeks for it to come off (???). It is an op shop but customer service seems to have gone down?
Everything I wanted to buy was NOT FOR SALE!!!! Seems like they keep the best donations to make the shop look pretty. Was pretty pissed off tbh. Guys, u are not an antique store. You are supposed to sell your donations to help charity. Prices on high side too. Left feeling annoyed.
