A lovely little op shop, small but well cared for and it’s very rare to see op shops with actual cheaper prices now. I got several items of clothing, house decor and a book for $20! One of my favourite op shops on the sapphire coast.

This is my favourite opp shop, ladies are wonerful 💛 decent prices. ➖️ minus one star because whoever is sorting now keeps all the good jewellery. For years I bought beutiful jewellery from there for Xmas and birthday gifts. For a long time now only a scairs amont of junk jewellery.

Came for the clothes and stayed for the lovely ladies who volunteer there. Absolute legends

Very cluttered and overstocked, but a few interesting pieces to see nothing to write home about. Ladies were friendly enough when approaching them but they were gas bagging on how Australia "shouldn't have" free IVF while working in a safe Labor electorate. The best and only major good thing are the prices but its not worth the bus trip from Merimbula to be disapointed in the layout and the stock quality. If you love supporting the locals 110%, go to Pambula instead. They fund directly to the local nursing home. This place is a franchise of the Uniting Op Shops as they're independent from the overpriced corporation of Uniting Op Shop while funding the local Uniting Church. So much for the op shop having conservative volunteers that could upset a feminist while the church is progressive and supports same sex marriage. I personally couldn't care less but it's disapointing how volunteers couldn't just stick to a safe topic while a potential wannabe parent is struggling to pay the bills and wants a baby. The first star is the cheaper prices when comparing with Pambula's already low enough prices, the second star is for the fact that the volunteers are friendly but they could choose to be more professional. You could lose your position as a volunteer if you did this in Vinnies in Sydney (especially in the Northern Beaches since most people down there were traditionally small L Liberal Party supporters but now support progressivism). Wish you good luck in the future. Maybe move to a bigger place so I can change my review to a 3 star.

Tura Beach Op Shop Visited on 7/12/2023 This is a great opportunity shop. Besides the usual preloved clothing, crockery, books, etc, it has a good stock of videos, and vinyl records. The latter is in demand by collectors. This store is run by volunteers of Uniting Church.
