Great price even have 25% extra discount before holiday 26/1/2026. Many clothes are on 50% discount and the price between $3-$10 each Quickly pick whatever you like and fit.

Me and my 3 year old like to go here sometime. My son likes to look at the toys. I supervise him while I also look at other things. On two occasions our experiences have been ruined by ‘this old man’ who says ‘can you supervise your kid, he’s touching, picking stuffs’. Well, how can you buy stuff without touching, picking. And he was only picking the old plastic toys not anything that would break. Even if he did break, I would be happy to pay. I had picked few clothes to try but after his rude comment, I just didn’t feel like looking at anything more. I have found female staff to be lovely and friendly, they smile and talk to my little one. I don’t think I will return to this shop again until this old rude man is there.

Really unwelcoming staff. Immediately as me and my parents walk into the store we arent greeted, and instead looked at in an unusual way and not given a reply when we say a hello or give a smile. Today was going well with finding clothes with my mum until after we put them on the counter the older man serving us and was the only staff there was being rude as we said one of the items did not have a price tag, and he rudely and loudly told us No thats not true , and insisiting there is a price tag and that we secretly mustve taken it off, as he even went to the change room to check, we said no there was no price tag as it mustve been a mistake but nothing to do with us but he refused and gave us a random price of 10$ which did not match the worth of the top. It just felt intimidating overall and i dont like complaining ever but it just feels so uneasy going to a so called charity thrift shop just to feel like youre doing something wrong for being there for how unwelcoming the environment is and that youre being eyed down the whole time and scared to touch or look at anything, to then later be accused of removing a price tag.

This op shop used to be a friendly and reasonably priced experience. My last three visits have been uncomfortable to say the least. Staff are no longer so welcoming, my daughter's and I have had our shopping experience ruined by the several staff members following us around, "jumping out from nowhere and pretty much standing right next to you ! I get it, there are some people who steal, I DONT, so perhaps there is a less intimidating way of reducing the theft in your store instead of making your customers uncomfortable ?? Will not be returning.
