I’ve had three consignments with this store now and no, they don’t accept everything (which is their right), and not everything sells. But it’s always been a great experience. I’ve always been able to pick up any clothes that didn’t sell, staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out process as well as requesting payment is easy. Will keep coming back here. Also purchased a few nice items myself over the years!
Waited 2 hours (after being told the wait was an hour), none of my items were looked at (girl lied and said they were), went to leave and my car was towed. Next time, if you don't have time to look at the stuff, just say so. Also overheard staff mocking/making fun of customers which is just rude and made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. Despite all of that they had a decent selection of clothes and accessories so it's worthwhile if you're looking to buy, wouldn't bother with selling unless you come when it's not busy 🤷♀️
