Great second hand clothing store. Wouldn't really class this as an op shop as the clothing is all good labels and high quality. No $5 bargains here but lovely pieces way cheaper then buying new. Very central in the main part of town kind of behind Fergs. Worth a look if you're into clothing!

As a consigner RB is such a great store, super reasonable cut of 50% which you can get in store credit Or cash. The manager, Sean, and staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. I felt like I had to leave a review to thank them for being so amazing and fun to work with

I've been a shopper at the Auckland branches for years, but was let down by a recent purchase at this store. It wasn't until I got home that I realized a jacket I had purchased for a premium price of $75 had a huge stain on the back which I didn't notice in store, making it unwearable really. They do not accept returns which is totally reasonable for a second hand store, however I would expect that Recycle Boutique would take responsibility to price items fairly according to their condition. The jacket has also been marked up from the original tag which said $60. The staff were friendly and the store was tidy with good stock, however I would caution future buyers to look very thoroughly over any items before purchasing.

Hi. I have dropped off twice, 5 items of clothing and shoes to sell. I have already sold 2 pieces which I received an email about which is great. The shop is Clean,fresh, great music and fabulous feel as a store selling recycled clothing. The manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly and helped with the signing up process. Great store perfect for Queenstown. Great vibe!!!!
