Very expensive for what it is, organising of clothes doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, saw SHEIN, Kmart and broken items being priced the same as country road, seed ect, staff are nice but whoever runs it should take a leaf out of salvos Jesmonds books 💋

I go to this op shop all the time and love it. But I recently had the worst customer service experience ever. There’s not enough room for them to store all the kids books within the shop, so half of them are displayed in the ‘staff only’ section out the back which is really confusing. None of them are priced, so I had to ask about pricing which was also confusing as they have varying prices. I took a book from the top shelf which caused every other book to tilt to one side, and a large book dropped from the shelf. The male staff member came darting over huffing and puffing, then rudely snarked at me “maybe ask before you get those down”. Several other shoppers snapped their heads around and glared at the staff member being so rude.
