Lovely location and the ladies are amazing every time I go in, but unfortunately the prices and stock turnaround is outrageous. I have visited this op shop numerous times over the last six months, and time and time again they have the exact same stock they had the month before. I can only assume due to their outrageous prices. There’s a reason op shops aren’t taking donations anymore; because the greedy people at HQ think $15 for an old Kmart blouse is appropriate. I understand the funds are going somewhere great, but you really need to think of the consumers at the end of the day. What would you rather, $15 for one top and for it to sit in the shop for 6 months? Or appropriately priced items to create a better turnover and therefore more income! Please think of the bigger picture. Thank you.
Considering the prices, you'd expect two people double your age to have enough retail experience between them to handle a queue of more than 1 person. But hey, I only worked in retail for 8 years. Respect your elders, right?
Thank you for looking after the children that need our help 🙏 I appreciate the aspect of landfill in this and receiving as much financial input as possible to fund for the childrens needs 😁 However, All goods are donated, I believe Op Shop is not for profit and therefore funding help through the Government. People who are in need also shop there to help ends meet. Fantastic volunteers 😁 I was so disheartened when I was in need of some glasses and a bowl to find the used glasses were almost the same price (very close) as some of the retail shops and a bowl (used) was 50c more than a retail store. Would it be prudent to lower the price and move the stock faster so the money can be distributed to the Children faster ? Just asking 🤔
Small but interesting op shop selling clothes, books, toys and cds etc located next to Nundah Woolworths and shops (for parking
Small shop, limited range and high prices. I won't go again. $50 for used Vans...you can buy them cheaper new on special or at DFO everyday. Very smelly store, as a seasoned op shopper I'm used to a few odd smells in a shop, but this place smelt so strongly of moth balls I had to cover my nose and mouth. Staff were happy and friendly.
