Pricey op shop wouldn’t recommend

Very sad to see a struggling young woman trying to buy her child a children’s story book be told by staff that she couldn’t have it for $1 instead of $2, even though she only had a dollar in her account. Aren’t you meant to be a charity shop? You gets this stuff donated for free from the public and it’s a week before Christmas. Zero empathy, no values, pathetic.

This is one of many stores I see as pointless
