Yesterday, we visited the store and found the prices to be reasonable compared to other salvos. I purchased a demin pink jacket for $6, received good customer service. Thank you.

The store’s automatic doors were closed at 5:16 p.m., before the advertised 5:30 p.m. closing time. This practice may affect donations and sales and will confuse customers. The store should remain customer accessible until the advertised closing time, or its published hours should be updated to reflect actual practice of what store mangers do . A review of closing procedures is recommended to ensure consistency with advertised trading hours are met.

Staff were very friendly. Some good buys. Would be great if "designer section" was put into sizes like the rest of the store. Entry signals to driveway was a little unclear if you havent been there before.

Great salvos, in a reasonably accessible location on the GCL (great circle line) route and has a ~10 spot carpark. It has a very reasonably priced selection of items, mostly women's clothing. But still has a number of other items such as a children's section or kitchenware area. It does also have a small selection of books. 7/10 Salvos.

Reopened after the floods. This is a premium op shop in the industrial area of Rocklea/Sherwood. Inside the front doors is boutique style shopping with more mainstream shopping towards the back. The boutique section is always beautifully styled with excellent quality clothing and shoes. It is clean well organised with limited furniture in the middle. Missing the 'Art of the hunt' for those that are creative's. Higher end prices for collectibles but very reasonable for clothing and homewares. Automatic doors and spacious aisles are accessibility friendly. Some stock is placed high but for those of us mobile on wheels it has stock within reach and a layout that allows for flow and movement. Disability parking straight outside. Consistently good management and friendly staff.
