Rude staff especially the Asian lady with short hair who I assumed is the manager. I went in to refund an item that did not fit my husband and saw the lady roll her eyes with her colleague. Also talked so loudly and rudely that other shoppers could hear and made me feel I was in the wrong. I was within my rights and it is not my fault that the cashier I purchased from did not put the correct item description on the receipt. This played on my mind for the entire day and won’t shop there again. U-turn has better value selling 3 items for $25. I op shop because of a tight budget so buying something that does not fit is a waste of precious funds. It is great the store has return/exchange policy but one should not be made to feel bad. With so many complaints regarding staff maybe it is time for a change of staff or a word from HR
