Love this place. Tatiana is great and I love going in there just to sing and dance the music is great to listen to while shopping. Great bargains. Highly recommend.
The Family Store is wonderful on its own, but what truly makes it special is Tatiana. She’s the heart and soul of the shop. I’ve never met someone so warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. She always checks in with people, asks how they’re doing, and goes out of her way to help them find exactly what they need. Her kindness creates such a welcoming atmosphere, you can feel it the moment you walk in. My daughter absolutely loves Tatiana. Ever since our very first visit, she’s been excited to go back every week, not just for the treasures in the shop, but to see Tatiana. She has a beautiful way of connecting with people, especially children, that makes them feel safe and valued. I’ve also noticed that many customers come in simply because they enjoy talking with her. She makes everyone feel seen and appreciated, and it’s obvious how much the community loves her. I honestly believe that a lot of people donate to the store not just to support the shop, but as a quiet thank-you to Tatiana for her kindness and genuine care.
Love the advice on clothing i always get from the Russian lady, the roughed setup of the shop is typically my favourite as it really get you involved in the hunt. All round great experiences at this salvation army (as it is my favourite) 😀👍
