This store is a disgrace. Visited the Salvos store in Werribee early this morning, hoping to score some new things after weeks of seemingly nothing new. Once again, to no avail, remains the same items. This store has gone downhill! I have been a regular customer for a few years now, and Werribee Salvos used to be one of, if not the, best in the area. Employees seem to hate their job and the customers, which is interesting considering salvos is a charity store! If you’re going to work at this store and choose this line of work, surely you will be all about helping the community and doing what you can to make a difference in people’s lives. The rubbish I hear spewing out of the workers mouths is disgusting, there is a time and place, and using certain language particularly when children are present is just disgraceful. This store needs to be deeply looked into for the staffs behaviour and actions, and needs a fresh, clean, start. 2 star rating, as I would like to thank worker Suzie for consistently helping the community shine and bringing a smile to my and many other people’s faces. Your kindness, support and hard work is noticed by the werribee community and many others.

Not a bad op shop that has had a few changes in the store layout. Good range of clothes for men, women and children. Household items are plentiful. Not slot of furniture. Staff were extremely helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Parking not bad out the front but there is a good carpark to the west of the store.
