About this shop
Salvos Stores New Town is set up for shoppers looking across clothing, homewares, furniture, books/media and toys. The listed range at Salvos Stores New Town is stable, but individual finds will move with the donation cycle. The live catalogue verifies a charitable operator for Salvos Stores New Town; available evidence does not quantify the branch’s local impact.

I buy tubsot broken jewellery for $100 or more great value 80% of the time. How ever ive noticed pairs of jeans at $8. Handbags that are literally falling to pieces and are peeling $15 😫. The manger is rude to say the least how ever Tracey and jo are lovely ladies plz salvos show some respect to your loyal customers because other wise I will mot be doing business with you again 😊
These items are donated $75 for a chair, $55 for a teapot, $45 for a soup tureen etcetera. I couldn't give tuppence if you got the Romanov jewels, please remember that you are both charity by profit and charity by selling your items.
We enjoyed our visit to the New Town Store, did notice the prices are creeping up but still managed to spend about $40 between us, was disappointing to see an invalid Van causing an accident and proceeding to drive off without leaving their details. Hopefully the owner of the car will receive the pictures taken by the Staff.😊
Layout has changed and now grouped by size. However the people sorting and putting the clothes on the racks don't really care and you can never find your size in those sections. The shop is generally untidy.
