Easy to recycle bottles and cans and for the kids to earn some extra money
Lockdown accumulated a lot of recyclables. Got $70. We had a tasty meal that night. Easy place to recycle, op shop nextdoor, rest spots and right on the banks of the beautiful Macquarie river.
Always uneasy attending this return and earn location. I've been here in the past where homeless people hang around hoping for a handout when you are there. They just hover, expecting you to hand over some glass and cans to them. As a result, avoid coming here and use the other ones around Bathurst.
While it is what it is, seems to be better run than the one in Dubbo.
