Fantastic shop for a great cause with wonderful volunteers running it. I donate to here a lot, and always look around and find something to buy.
Great store , fine selection of clothing and accessories, friendly helpful staff, reasonable priced to.

Stock not updated and changed frequently. Inadequate stock of mens clothes and little rotation Display of young womens clothes inadequate Dated displays of clothing Variety lacking in clothes displays for different market segments and ages No phone connected to shop Swinging sign not displayed enough during opening hours outside of shop. Retail skills inadequate Need better range of skill sets for volunteers and ages of volunteers Consider promoting Red Cross Shop Bathurst with flyers at appropriate sites where volunteers and potential customers are: 1.i.e Charles Sturt University 2.TAFE 3.Secondary schools for years 11 -12 4.Others such as tourist venues 5.Social media to promote and enhance profitability and drive store traffic within Bathurst and also adjoining towns. 6.Consider better liasion with local clothing stores to obtain slow moving stock as donations. 7.Adequate training for volunteers in display, till and retail sales skills. 8.Other PHOTO OF SHOP DOES NOT SHOW RED CROSS BUT PREVIOUS SHOP TENANT
