Major shoutout to the wonderful lady working 2 days ago at around 11am (5th november) i wish i got her name - op shops need more people like her!! i went to the checkout with a kmart item priced at $8, when she saw that price she immediately went to her colleague to ask about the outrageous pricing, and lowered the price of the item to $4 arguing that it’s a second hand fast fashion item that should not be priced that high. Op shops these days are ridiculously priced but people like her are the only reason customers will keep coming back!!!!
I was looking for a dress for a party, unsure of what to find employee Amalia helped me a lot! Got a beautiful white dress that will be a staple in outfits for the future. Service was amazing!
This large Vinnies offers relaxed atmosphere for shopping. It is always clean and tidy. Easy to walk and browse quietly. Not too much interruption from volunteers walking in and out to fill up racks. Easy accessible by bus. Parking is around the back if going by car. Staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. Prices in general are acceptable. High end brands are over $20. Records'price has gone up to $5 each. Children's books are $2-$5. Hats are $4-$6. Worth visiting if in the area.
