Everything is expensive and the staff are rude and gossip about customers behind the counter. Save it for the break room at least, everyone can hear you. Poor form.

Rude staff which follow you around and watch you as if you're a shoplifter. Most of their stuff is way overpriced junk. Some prices are more than new for donated stuff so might aswell buy new than buy from here. Also I found illegal drugs in a bag pocket which should of been checked before putting out for sale, too bad if a child got hold of them so obviously the manager is not doing her job properly. What a horrible place to shop

If I could give a negative star i would , Got followed and stalked like a common theif whilst in there. Way over priced, would rather shop in kmart and get beand new for similar things,

A large, clean, well organised store with a good variety of stock. Prices were highly variable. There were some bargains to be had, some things reasonably priced for second hand, some quite expensive for what they were and I did come across several items that were priced higher than the original retail. Definitely one worth visiting, but pay close attention to pricing to make sure you're not paying $2 for something that was bought for $1.75 at K-Mart.

The set up and selection from this place is like a normal store, really well organised, makes shopping second hand so easy. The staff are friendly which is always a bonus, oh, speaking of bonus, they have a reward programme! When you donate items there you get a discount when you next shop there, brilliant.
