Great op shop with good prices and nice items. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. I always find something worth buying here. Highly recommended
Absolutely love this Salvos! The quality and variety here are consistently amazing. The shop is always clean, well organised, and thoughtfully arranged. The team is always welcoming, and helpful. Definitely worth visiting! 🤩
Salvos Stores North Melbourne on Errol Street is an absolute treasure trove. I dropped in expecting the usual op-shop finds and was pleasantly surprised by how much great stuff they have. The shop is clean, well laid out and spacious enough to browse comfortably, and I was especially impressed by the large book section tucked away at the back with a solid mix of fiction, non-fiction, classics and quirky reads. There were plenty of gems to flip through, which made the hunt for a good read fun and rewarding. Beyond books, the store has a wide variety of pre-loved clothing, homewares, toys, CDs and records, so whether you’re after a bargain find or something unique, there’s always something new to discover. The pricing feels fair, and everything I picked up felt well worth it.
My family and i are locals, the workers are actually super sweet! Now and again, new hires come along to learn the ropes. Bee and Pan are my favourites. They are lovely, and Pan likes to chat to me about kpop and SEVENTEEN. Gorgeous. 10/10! Thrifting is always good here too! Some things almost feel free with how many discount days they have. Plus, students can show their student ID card and get 20% off on Wednesdays. Very accommodative!
