Fabulous op shop & lovely staff. Easy access for public transport too.
Never anticipated to come here to get a $4 Princess Peach DS game where I only came here to kill time as I went to a drum store on the same street to get a good deal there. I was mainly wanting to browse at some video games which they only store them in the counter but also had some games in the back (where I exactly scored an off market impulse buy deal). To top it, they had books at a low of $1 for their yellow stickered books and had a membership advertised outside the store which was convincing. Knowing that I don't come out of my way to this area, I'd love to thrift from this store more often since I am a reseller. Don't worry, I am not reselling that DS game, I am keeping it in my DS game collection to play the game one day. Glad the volunteers knew what they were doing and knew that there were some items yet to price that a customer can easily yell for help to get a deal that the outer suburbs don't even offer
Good op shop with a varied range and high rate of turnover. Not a lot of men's clothes. Staff were great.
Went here on Saturday 14th of September, couldn’t of picked a better day.. everything was half price and they definitely had some goodies. A very well organised thrift store, loads of stuff. Would give them a five star rating if the counter staff were a little more happy to be there. Have some awesome things, I did take a lot on this day. Walked out super happy happy with my findings. Big store with a great layout if you’re after certain things.
Absolutely insane pricing. Yes, there is a red zone where everything is $5. I actually found some things I was interested in while browsing the red zone, but couldn’t bring myself to purchase anything due to the ridiculous prices in the other sections. This organisation claims to assist the disadvantaged, which I’m sure they do, but marking up DONATED clothing to such extremes sends the message that the demographic you service doesn’t deserve nicer/designer clothing, that they should just stick to the red section.
