Very rude customer service when trying to donate perfectly good items. Really disappointing. Worst op shop I’ve been to in Australia :(

I encountered a very rude lady (short dyed hair, eyeliner) who worked at the store telling me the store was closed when I tried to donate quality clothes to their store at 3.50pm. When I told her it wasn’t quite 4pm she said no go away and next time don’t bring heavy bags because us volunteers can’t carry them. She was so rude and disrespectful and I don’t think I will come back again.

It's a good op shop. It's a shame about the EXTREMELY rude manager l encountered yesterday. Spoke to me, so rudely when l asked if the top l bought my daughter didn't fit, could l exchange it. It was just a question: This woman was so abrupt and rude. Pointing at the store policy notice with her Biro and reading it to me like l was a simpleton. Strutting around the store with a clipboard under her arm with a clear air of superiority. Not a nice lady at all, shame
