The old women volunteers are not only rude but abusive,I was browsing when the red head volunteer comes over screeching at me like a deranged animal. VMCH does not screen volunteers for mental health it seems.Do not go there

This op shop is one of a kind. It has stayed true to the ethos of what an op shop is designed for. To give people an opportunity to buy goods they may not be able to afford new. I am always pleased when I go to find some quality items for a great price. The staff are very friendly and it is always full of locals.

Great local op shop. In the days of the mega op shops like Savers, Vinnies and Salvos, it's nice to have a real old school op shop still around with books for 50c or $1, cheap toys for the kids, regular clothing sales with everything for $2 etc. They have a pretty good turn over so there's always a reason to pop in. We go in most weeks after my sons karate class and the volunteers all recognise us and are friendly. We've got some great bargains like gumboots for my daughter for 50c and some of our favourite most read books have come from here. Definitely worth popping in!

A true blue opportunity shop, the turn over in kids toys, books, cds, and knickknacks is frequent enough where we stop in whenever we go to the shops. Lots of homeruns. N'SYNC CD, a cool hot wheels car, pepper pig book. Lovely shop.

I love supporting my local op shop, but the volunteers at this venue have been rude every time I have been there. The first time I brought donations in, I was greeted with "Oh God, what's all the rubbish?" The bags of "rubbish" held lovely, name brand clothes that I could have sold online, but instead chose to donate. I thought that individual must have been having a bad day, but every subsequent visit has been equally disappointing. I will keep donating there to support the community, but I would appreciate being treated with a little more courtesy.
