Things are a little expensive here which I understand due to the location, store layout/ appearance and the range of good brands. I brought a pair of jeans $35 and a set of a tea pot and 2 cups which have a price tag of $28 for 3 items (the tag has the date on the first line and says 3 $28 on the second line) to the counter. The lady with silver hair (was wearing a yellow blazer and scarf) started wrapping them for me before realizing that she didn’t check the price stickers at the bottom of each item. I said it’s $28 for the whole set - 3 items (I know this pricing cause I volunteered at op shop a few years ago). The lady seemed in disbelief so she undid the wrapping and looked at the tag. Then she proceeded to enter the items in the checkout desktop without saying anything and the total was $91. I said ‘excuse me I think the set is just $28. Can you please double check?’ She seemed in disbelief and asked a colleague to come over and check. The colleague didn’t even look at the price sticker and immediately confirmed it’s $28 for 3. The silver hair lady then said ‘darling you’re right’ and removed the extra $28 from the total. She didn’t say sorry at all. I didn’t mean to be oversmart and was pretty sure there’s no way a teapot is $28 and two small cups are $28 separately, even though they’re from T2. The lady just overall seemed not very welcoming.

My whole family loves this Vinnies and we pop in regularly as the stock turns over quickly. There’s always a bargain to be found, today we bought a Zimmerman dress for $15! Also, a great menswear section with lots of different and interesting pieces and staff are always helpful and friendly!

Lovely new shop with mainly designer brands, but way too expensive for second-hand clothes.They could easily reduce items by $10 and still make a good profit. Would definitely sell more!

This Vinnies was soo worth the wait!! Such great, quality pieces with a wide range of sizing and pricing 🙌🏼 A pretty great men’s section too, you don’t often find this - but they’ve nailed it. All the staff are super friendly and helpful 🩷
