Usually I love this vinnies an always find something that’s a great price and have had amazing experiences with staff 9/10 however unfortunately this has now changed coming in with a friend and having a older lady publicly fat shame her for everyone to hear. This may have been accidental but no one should have to have that experience and was honestly heartbreaking to see someone so close to me have to have to deal with that when she was simply just browsing with me

Awesome staff, friendly environment, great quality and variety of items. I have been volunteering here at Vinnies Reservoir for close to 6 months now and I am constantly amazed by people's generosity as to the quality of items that get donated. I love every minute I spend at the store.

I spend a lot of time here, this place is great. Not only do I shop here I also donate clothing of mine and my baby’s. Im extremely happy with my little bargains I find in this store. I love the fact that everything is unique, has character and a passed. It’s amazing some of the things people get rid of. Big variety of things, love there tea towels and my new tea cups I got from here. Super happy we have a vinnies so close, there’s always new exciting things to find in here. And a great tune to listern to, not sure what station it is but alway find myself singing along to it.
